We believe that anyone interested in coaching should have the opportunity to work towards their dream and we’re committed to providing the software that helps them. All Coachify users are able to create public profiles, invite students to join, and track their progress for free. However, for coaches looking to move to the next level, we offer additional features via [Coachify Premium](/app/account/settings/premium).

Unlike conventional platforms that skim a percentage off coaches' hard-earned income, we charge a flat monthly fee of $25 while coaches retain 100% of their earnings. This transparent model not only empowers coaches economically but also cultivates an atmosphere of trust and partnership. Coaches can focus on nurturing talent, knowing that their dedication directly translates into reward.

## PayPal Integration

A key feature of Coachify Premium is a seamless PayPal integration, eliminating the hassle of payment collection. Coaches can bid farewell to awkward negotiations and delayed transfers, concentrating instead on delivering an exceptional coaching experience. This secure payment system not only benefits coaches but also reassures students that their investment in reaching their gaming goals is in safe hands. All coaches can link their PayPal account to Coachify for free on the [Billing tab](/app/account/settings/billing).

## Coach Directory

Coachify Premium members can submit their profile for inclusion in the [Coach Directory](/directory). This directory serves as a gateway to a wider audience of potential students actively seeking expert guidance. Please note that ALL profiles are first reviewed for completeness and truthfulness before being added to the directory. To initiate a profile review, coaches will need to select their game (or games!) and submit a request on the [Premium tab](/app/account/settings/premium).

## Teams

Many coaches also work with teams in addition to individual students and Coachify has recently added functionality to better support these team coaches. With Coachify Premium, a coach can [create a team](/app/teams) and add any of their students to the team. Students with a Coachify account will be able to see the team and its members, along with all items the coach has published to the team (includes Coach Notes, VOD Reviews, and Assignments). This makes it easier for the coach to publish something once, in a single location, for all of the team members to be able to see rather than adding it individually to each player’s student profile.
