My background as an experienced League of Legends Coach, has given me a deep perspective into the dynamics of cultivating an exemplary culture within your esports team, and here are my insights from that journey:

-  Clear Vision: A clear vision, outlining team’s ultimate goal is crucial. This vision serves as a guide, directing the strategy and fostering teamwork within the team.

- Dedication: Culture of excellence comes from an unyielding dedication from each member of the team. This includes consistent practice, paired with continuous learning, and a strong focus on improvement. 
- Resilience: The esports journey is filled with triumphs and defeats. Staying resilient through tough times is crucial in nurturing a culture of excellence.

- Open Communication: Creating an environment that encourages open communication and constructive criticism strengthens trust and teamwork.

- Fan Interaction: Interacting with the fan base helps in building a positive brand image, while fostering a sense of belonging to the team.
- Social Responsibility: Showing a commitment to social responsibility through positive interactions, engagement, and community outreach enhances team’s respect and team’s standing.

- Skill Enhancement: Regular workshops and training sessions to improve in-game, as well as interpersonal abilities are crucial.
- Career Guidance: Providing sound gameplan on building a sustainable career in esports is of the essence. Advice on brand building, financial management and networking is of especial importance.

- Mental Health Support: Providing support for mental health, stress management and coping strategies is essential for a balanced, healthy, and successful lifestyle. 
- Nutrition & Sleep: Adequate rest is imperative for both cognitive and physical performance. Ensuring a proper sleep schedule is of the essence in the world of esports. This is an aspect of the game that is often undervalued, by both players and their respective staff. 
- Balanced Nutrition: A well-balanced diet fuels both body and mind. Incorporating a variety of nutrients, combined with proper hydration enhances physical and cognitive capabilities, and is pivotal for success in the esports arena.
